Services Portal experience is customizable. The Account icon in the top right corner allows customization.
Notification Settings
- Disabling automatic emails from the portal, which are enabled by default.
- Adding email addresses to be copied on all portal notifications.
- Creating a pick list of recipients, for the Additional Recipients field of each project.
Preferred Filing Types
Hide any project and estimate workflows that aren’t used.
Common Jurisdictions
To save time on projects and estimates, lists of commonly used jurisdictions can be created.
